Fuzzy Quality Certification of Wheat

This paper presents a fuzzy quality certification of wheat. analysis is based on the model We developed Matlab application with help which we modeled perceptions in relation to main physical and chemical characteristics wheat obtaining index lots. The algorithm presented this article allows for using global index, generating applicability not only commercial sphere as reference price setting, but also measure appreciation processing opportunities. Indices associated lots offer opportunity develop local markets through certification.
